About Jackie Yoder
A Girl with a Dream to a Woman with a Vision
From as early as I can remember, I wanted to be a badass businesswoman. Numbers came naturally to me, a gift my entrepreneurial father celebrated, and I saw business as my path to freedom. When he passed away when I was just eight, it sparked something deep within me: a determination to understand how the world works, to lead with both heart and intelligence, and to build a life on my own terms.
Breaking the Mold in Leadership
I excelled in math, but I didn’t have many role models who looked like me. As I climbed the corporate ladder, I found myself surrounded by leadership styles built on force and constant competition. The women who “made it” seemed to lead by suppressing their natural intuition and compassion, and I didn’t want to lose myself to succeed.
Marriage, motherhood, and the endless chase for promotions pushed me to the edge. I earned my MBA, led at the highest levels, and still felt empty. Burnout became my wake-up call. Something had to change.
The Turning Point
I walked away from the toxic marriage, the performative leadership, and the version of success that no longer fit.
In its place, I began leading differently by being anchored in intuition, vulnerability, and authenticity. For the first time, leadership felt natural, human, and deeply fulfilling.
That shift sparked something bigger: mentoring other women to lead without abandoning who they are.
From C-Suite to Culture Shifter
Stepping away from the C-suite wasn’t a loss, it was liberation.
Today, I help women and organizations transform how they lead through Grit, Guts, & Grace, my signature framework blending intuition, strategy, and balance.
Whether I’m coaching women through leadership transitions, guiding senior teams through cultural transformation, or stepping in as an interim CEO to stabilize an organization in flux, I lead with both power and presence.
My Mission
We all carry grit, guts, and grace within us.
Women don’t need to harden to succeed, they need to come home to themselves.
My mission is to help women and organizations redefine leadership from the inside out where intuition is respected, balance is valued, and success is sustainable.
Because you don’t have to choose between being powerful and being yourself.
You can be both and thrive.
