About Jackie Yoder
A Girl with a Dream to a Woman with a Vision
From the time I can remember, I wanted to be a badass businesswoman. I had a natural talent for math—something my entrepreneurial father was proud of—and I saw it as the key to my future. But when my father passed away when I was just 8, I watched my mother struggle to run our farm without business or financial knowledge. That moment ignited a fire in me: I would never let myself or my family be unprepared.
Breaking Through the Barriers
Despite excelling in math, I lacked role models and mentors in the male-dominated business world. I climbed the corporate ladder quickly but struggled to find a leadership style that felt authentic. The few women in power around me exuded masculine energy, fighting their way to the top. I didn’t want to change who I was just to succeed.
Marriage, motherhood, and the pressures of my corporate career led me to pursue an MBA—chasing promotions I didn’t even truly want. I was burnt out, unfulfilled, and losing myself. Something had to change.
The Leap That Changed Everything
I left my toxic marriage and corporate job for a role that aligned with my values. For the first time, I trusted my feminine instincts as a leader. I embraced vulnerability, intuition, and authenticity—earning not just promotions, but respect, trust, and peace of mind.
This shift led to mentoring other women on how to lead without sacrificing who they are.
From C-Suite to Purpose-Driven Leadership
Stepping away from the C-suite was not just about leaving a title—it was about reclaiming my power. I transformed my leadership style, built a business around empowering women, and created Grit, Guts, & Grace—a framework for women to lead with confidence, intuition, and feminine energy.
My Mission
We ALL have grit, guts, & grace inside us. Women don’t have to harden themselves to be successful leaders. I am proof that embracing your authentic self and feminine power is the key to thriving in business and life.
Now, I help other women step into their power, redefine leadership on their terms, and build success with ease and confidence. You don’t have to choose between being powerful and being yourself. You can be both.
